Service Description
Book a 30-minute consultation for full interior builds, complex upholstery layouts, CNC-stitched panel design, custom seat fabrication, or show-quality projects. This session is ideal for clients planning complete custom work — including design mockups, foam shaping, and bespoke stitching. We’ll walk through your ideas, explore options, and map out the build process. Note: Consultations exceeding 30 minutes will be billed accordingly at our shop rate.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. All consultations are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted under any circumstances. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late without prior notice may have their appointment cancelled and marked as a no-show. No-shows will result in immediate suspension from future bookings. Furthermore, any future service requests from a client who has previously no-showed will be subject to a mandatory $125.00 non-refundable administrative fee, payable prior to any work being scheduled or performed. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all clients and to protect our team’s time and resources. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
